"So I am not sure how ranking for hotels works. Why this is labeled two star I think it should be 3. Our room was clean. They let us check in early. We could bring our dog. The breakfast needs some work but it's free. The location to the dells is really good. You are in walking distance to some stores and it's a quick drive to the rest of the dells. The price was great I booked two rooms."

"We stayed during the Dells off season (October) but the room was clean and a short distance from downtown. Well within walking distance. Plenty of resturants in walking distance as well. The pool/hot tub were also clean. Also has a room with some arcade/claw games and a few treadmills/ellipticals."

"where do I begin my wife and I just got back from 2 nights at this property. When we arrived we noticed the building was dated it definitely needs some TLC. Then we got to are room and it had a strong musky odor the whole time we were there. I pulled out the desk chair to sit down there was something gross stuck to the chair. The Bathroom had something splattered on the wall. The varnish was coming off of the tub. then I went to go to sleep the blanket on the bed was dirty. We than went to the pool there is piles of dirt around the pool bottom of pool had piles of dirt in it and hot tub had missing tiles. overall this is my worst experience at any hotel I've have ever had. also no elevators"

"Very pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet. The only downside was the room was very humid and sticky and the drains in both the tub and sink drained extremely slowly. The advertised amenities listed mini golf but was I advised it was not included with the stay. Typically amenities means something you get with the stay... Mini golf should be listed as a nearby attraction then. The breakfast was a nice addition. The pool and spa areas were great."

"The location is great. The studio suite was big and opened. There are 2 bathrooms (1.5) in there. In the second bathroom there was soap, but there was no towel. I guess if there was soap there should be a small towel as well. Also, breakfast was ok, I missed the eggs. I'm not sure if they don't have eggs at all or they were all out at 9am on Sunday. Coffee cups don't have lids. My husband wanted to take the coffee with him but we couldn't. Otherwise, we had a great experience!"
