"This place is excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile if you need something. The rooms are comfortable and clean. (Also, the water pressure and temperature in the shower was consistent—WAY better than most “5-star” hotels we’ve been to.) Additionally, the office doubled as a continental breakfast dining area and sitting room. When I had to catch up on some work, it was the perfect space to do so without feeling like I was getting underfoot. We will 100% be staying here again, couldn’t recommend it highly enough!! Added note: about 30 minutes after posting this review, the owner stopped by with a complimentary New Year’s Eve celebration kit, complete with a mini bottle of bubbly. This was a particularly kind gesture, because our original plans had been cancelled due to illness and we are from out-of-state. It gave us a way to celebrate on our own and made us feel very, very welcome. A lovely gesture!!"

"Interesting trip back to the 50's, I swear. Our room was a European room theme? It smelled musty when we opened the door and the a/c filter needed to be cleaned badly. The space just seemed cluttered with so much stuff. It was clean, I will say that, but it definitely needs some updating. Other rooms we saw were really cute and tastefully decorated. I feel it was overpriced, but then again, I'm comparing prices from a much larger city that I come from."
