Holiday Inn Express Wisconsin Dells, an IHG Hotel 1033 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South, Baraboo, WI 53913

"By far worst hotel experience ever. Kids were allowed to run throughout the hotel at will as late as 12:30am. Staff refused to assist. Connecting room to ours was filled with a group of unsupervised minors. They were yelling, dribbling basketballs of floor and our connecting door as well as numerous times tried to access our room through connecting doer. Front desk would not answer phone. I contacted Holiday Inn Express, they were little help. They apparently contacted hotel which lied to them and stated they addressed my issues when in premise. I have never taken the time to right a review, but this was so horrible of and experience I needed to share. Don't even consider this hotel and honestly I won't stay at any Holiday Inns anymore as they do not hold their franchises accountable."

"Absolutely worst stay I have had. Groups of families were staying for tournaments, and the parents were all drunk. Kids running around, blocking water slides, and flips into the hot tub. Propping exterior doors open. Said something to the front desk number of times, and the solution they had was to close the water slide, and that was it. Complained about noise after quiet hours, as well as people running up and down the halls and again nothing was done. Rooms were dirty. Had what looked like blood on the light switch. When I had brought these issues up to the manager, I got the reply that it is a busy weekend and next time I should plan my stay when it's not a busy weekend. Shame someone, so clueless is running a nice hotel. Don't recommend this hotel at all."

"4.5 stars. Great rooms. Comfortable bed. Loud noises but to be expected being by waterparks. Exceptional breakfast, best I’ve ever seen. Friendly staff. Great pool and hot tub also huge."

"One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in over the past couple years. The entire hotel was clean and the staff was top notch. The cost of the rooms was a deal compared to others in the area. The breakfast was excellent. Again a very clean hotel where the employees exceed expectations."

"This hotel has alot to offer at a reasonable rate. Clean room, good breakfast, the pool is amazing with water slide and one of the largest hot tubs we have seen at a hotel. Great location too!! Staci at front desk was very nice. All staff were friendly"
