"Rooms are beautiful if you stay on the water side. The building across the street wasn’t as nice. Pool area cozy. So much included - use of all their other properties. Breakfast in restaurant was ok. Some food was cold and though they took care of it - they weren’t super customer friendly. As a local we will count our lodging with this brand but enjoy local food outside of their properties."

"Had a wonderful experience! The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were clean upon arrival, and the hot tub and sauna were both hot. Short walk up to the bars in town. Great place to stay if you don't want a lot of kids running and screaming. The bar and grill inside the hotel also have wonderful food. No breakfast included, but the bar offers breakfast at a good price and is better than a hotel breakfast anyway! If I ever go back to the wisconsin dells I will be staying here again!"

"Check in staff was phenomenal and the Christmas decorations were immaculate. Plethora of parking. Microwave and fridge in room…I’ve stayed at 5 stars that don’t even offer this! Walking distance to downtown, 10 minute walk to most restaurants on the strip and the hotel has its own beautiful restaurant overlooking the river too. I’ve stayed here twice now and would definitely come back as it’s much more central to the strip than the Lake Delton hotels/resorts (I lived here for 4 years). The rooms are up to date, bathrooms could use some updating but they are clean. Large TV and AC/heat worked well. Outdoor pool was closed when we went (out of season) but indoor pool and hot tub were clean with nice pool furniture. Fitness center with 2 treadmills, a bike or two and a bunch of free weights and upper body machines. Cannot beat it for the price!!"

"LOVED IT. But would recommend checking towels before use. Our towels were dirty and full of black dirt. Went to the front desk they replaced them and apologized for the items. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing. Hardly anyone used them. The breeze and the cool air from the river was relaxing on the balcony. Would definitely recommend. But need better housekeeping."
