"This place is awesome have my own horse Barb runs the farm nice lady Patch the dog super nice Yogi And GG are baby horses with their incredible moms Boo And Dee Irish gives kids there first ride the people who out here are Barb, Joshua, Maddie, Deni, Mark, Alan, Laura (Irish Mom) , Other Laura, Hudson ( ME), Trent, Dillon, Mackenzie, Angela, Chelsea, Sophia, Cats names are Spaz, Ghost, PJ, Muffin, Smoky, & Sylvester. The owner Lynn runs the bed & Breakfast."

"Lynn the owner is very warm and welcoming. Relax in nature . Very quiet . Bike trails and path to Carr Valley Cheese very scenic. The horses at September farms make the experience exhillerating and Barbara the horsekeeper is very educative and patient when showing the horses. The little filly Yogi just a month old running around with her Mom Boo is precious and Patches the big St Bernard dog is friendly once he gets comfortable. The cats are trustworthy and come to snuggle up looking for warmth and attention. A welcome package for country lovers who like to take in the calm fresh air . Plenty of books to read as well. So sit back and unwind from the hectic city life and enjoy this beautiful place."

"My friend & I stayed here this weekend. It was a great experience, & so peaceful! Lynne is so sweet & accommodating. She makes a wonderful breakfast. Her son Brent & his sons were around & were kind enough to make dinner, & shared with us. It was relaxing to sit on the porch, enjoy the view, listen to the many horses running around, (this not only is a bed & breakfast, but also is the site for the Veteran's Equine Trail Services, a non profit organization that uses rescue horses to help Veterans with PTSD, anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, along with special needs adults & children.), along with other wildlife. The house is big, with central air, each of our rooms had individual ac units along with ceiling fans, so it was very comfortable during this humid weather. Overall, it was worth it completely to stay here. We can't wait to go back!!! Thank you again Lynne, Brent & sons for a great weekend!!!"

"Our church holds a women's retreat at September Farms every fall and it is a wonderful place. Peaceful, restful, and beautiful. Lynn is very easy to work with and makes us feel like her home is our home for a few days."
