I moved away 16 years ago and am happy to be returning to Fremont this summer and providing more business and referrals. They know their stuff when it comes to bikes and go above and beyond to make a small business work despite the challenges with inventory since the pandemic and finding reliable staffing. Buy from this store! They will help you, be honest with you about what you need or don’t, and you might even be lucky enough to see and get to play with the shop doggies. Support a small business!"

"Very Bad Quality bikes . My bike broke after 2 months only. IT was trek bike for $1500. Guess what? the owner kept the bike saying he will fix it and i had to fight with him to return the unfixed bike. Stay away from this store if you want to get a quality bike for your dollars. Rip off as the owner gets cheap cheap parts from elsewhere and rips you off on repairs. Obviously cheap business tricks. PS: The fight was over phone. Not sure how much your Associate filled you IN?? Please enquire your team before you make things worse here by commenting at your will. You need to really have a customer mindset when writing such replies!!"
