"Since Jonny (the son) took over for his (father) Thomas (5 years ago) the customer service has “drastically” declined. They have a small handful of sales reps (not many) which some of them are not knowledgeable & trained on the equipment, etc. They have cheap low quality products at a low cost, and during the beginning of the 2022 calendar year they bumped up to on-the-same pair/level pricing as their other competitor (Century). What’s frustrating is Jonny takes no responsibility or accountability for his MANY mistakes throughout the years, and unfortunately he has NEVER been transparent since day one. To top it off, 50% of his equipment is always out of stock, plus the selection is very limited. Save yourself the unwanted stress & headaches and shop elsewhere."

"Wasted my time driving 30 minutes out here just to be told they don’t sell anything in store. It’s not even noted on their website. Idk what kind of martial arts supply store doesn’t sell in person. Such a bummer. Don’t waste your time coming here like I did."
