"DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! They scratched all of my wheels cracked and scratched both my fenders, chipped my paint on quarter panels and grinded down curb rash on my wheel that they did. They left my car outside of shop and would not come out to discuss damages just left me outside looking at my car. They will not take responsibility of what they did! I took my car in for a alignment and they did not even align the car! Jay specifically was supposed to have my car done the same day and he had my car for 3 days. On top of that they took my car out for a drive and I did not allow them to drive the car what so ever!"

"They scratched my wheel while center balancing it, but repaired it free of charge (still not perfect). Cost me a lot of time and gas traveling back and forth. They gotta be more careful... Edit: found even more scratches in the center of the wheel... I can't believe how incompetent vex is at simply mounting a tire."
