"do not order from these people I order a e-break boot for my c6 corvette and custom shift knob which I sent them my knob as a core on 11/17/2023 never received my order after call them many times with no answer email them four time with no respond and they kept my knob so I got to find a new shift knob auto 2011 corvette. had to go though pay pal to get my money back"
"Don't shop here fellow Vette owners. These guys lied giving false part #'s while increasing the pricing on the actual part #'s. And when confronted, they could care less!! I have a chain of emails proving so!! Just Ask!!"
"Purchased an emblem service with out noticing they required a core when I asked to cancel the order they said they would provide it. After over a week of emails not being answered Steve sent an email only after PayPal had to get involved just to let me know he was banning me from the store. Incredibly bad quality customer service"
"Ordered some fog light screens. Communication started great. Once arrived, I questioned if I purchased the right product before opening and installing. I was assured they would work and I proceeded to install. Sent these pictures back to Steve and have yet to hear back. Not to mention this same exact product can be purchased elsewhere for 1/3rd the price. I feel the description is misleading."
"As most of the other reviews indicate, there are much better places to spend your money. I got impatient because my stuff was not arriving as indicated during the purchase experience. Finally I indicated that S had much better things to deal with than me constantly asking about my stuff and just issue a refund, which he did but, now I can’t get thru to the sales desk and they won’t return my calls. Oh well, I had no problem placing a sizeable order elsewhere. I will make sure to share my experience with the Corvette community."
