"This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. After an hour appointment and $370 to change a few words in my current Trust, I was promised completion in 3.5 weeks. At 4 weeks I checked in with them, they sent me a draft, and the entire thing had been completely jumbled up. Instead of removing my ex-husband, they designated a property to him. Instead of 3/3 of the property being designated, they designated 4/3. They added people in places that never were supposed to be there. Everything was a complete disaster. They told me to make the proper corrections and send it back. When I sent it back, they told me they didn’t like the way that I had made the corrections. I wasn’t given any instructions, except for to make the corrections and send it back. Furthermore, the person I was speaking with, was not Valerie Williams, who they claimed to be instead, it was Brooke Thurston. So now they also were fraudulently, pretending to be somebody that they were not. When I expressed that I was very dissatisfied and would like a refund they hung up on me. I do not recommend this company at all. Zero, they get a zero."

"I enjoyed my appointment at Guifeway. I primarily speak Spanish, and they had someone on staff who speaks Spanish that was able to assist me with preparing my documents. His name is Alex, he was so helpful and made this process much easier for me than I expected it to be."

"Excellent service, quality of documents at a very reasonable value! I first did my divorce and child custody docs through them and it was quick and painless. Was able to get what both me and my ex wanted in the docs and through court without having to step foot in the courtroom. I also just did my trust through them. Super fast and easy and at a very good price! One thing I’ll note is to make sure to read the first version of the doc carefully and make any edits you need. They do a really good job at it but sometimes you need to make sure it’s what you wanted. Revisions are quick and easy too when you need something changed!"
