"I waa hit while crossing the street by a negkigent driver thats insured by csaa ..he never reported the accident the police report stated i was at fault without even interviewing me they also said in the police reporttgat one of the witnesses was my friend ? The policy adjuster isnt licensed in the state of california to handle claims and works remoteky from home in oklaholma ? Tiffany ta . Denied my claim for impermissive use of vehicle , i tokd she has to prove that the driver didnt have permission to use the vehicle because the police released the vehicle back into the drivers possesion after contacting the owner . .then she said there is just no coverage for the date of loss .i asked for her lic. Number she said california is a no lic state and a no fault state ..i need to go to my own onsurance company to get compensated .i said by law you need to give me the reason why my claim is denied ..i called tripple aaa to run the policy number and they told me it was backdated to the original purchase date but they did not know why ? I looked up laws for backdating a auto insurance policy in california and its illegal .. i call the adjuster once again ..she tells me tgey backdated it , it was none of my business ..got more information from tripple aaa they said tgey could only back date the policy if its found that tge insured lied .. so tiffany then telks hat the policy was canled so no coverage .. the policy was infact active when the accident occured .. whatever information he prrovided does not concern me ..at the time of the accident he was covered no late payments his payments where on time and fully paid ... its the companies faukt for not doing a detaiked reaserxh on client ibformation prioir to any accident .being reported its common sense it caution... its injustice for them to look for anything that will allow them to illegally and unreasonably deny a legit claim .. so , now i have found that califirnia does recognize third th at were unreasonbly denied in bad faith ...and yes , i can ile a lawsuit against the insurance company csaa auto insurance ... "After 10 years CSAA dropped me because of pictures taken by a drone. Although, they haven’t provided said proof, that my roof needed repairs. They sent a letter and told me that they’re not required to tell people and let them fix the problem. They’re still issuing home owners policies so I wonder how they decided who to drop. Zero stars. Don’t trust them"

"Worst insurance company ever. I was hit by one of their insured, they gave me a list of shops to choose from and they did a terrible job fixing my car. That I had just gotten a couple months prior. The shop overlooked frame damage and my car had to go back to them. And now my car won't pass inspection because of the work performed and the insurance company's response was "you'll have to take that up with the shop" which was already aggressive and name calling when it went back the first time. Horrible people with no compassion."

"I liked them at first. Their rates were decent. But I was not informed about pro-rated policy if I add a vehicle to MY policy within the 6 month policy rate. So I had a very large bill that was due no more than 3 weeks later. And I had to pay a bigger cancelation fee than most insurance companies. My lord. I'll only use AAA roadside and towing."
