The drive-thru seems to get most of the business, and the service definitely suffers, for the customers, waiting inside for their food to be served tableside, but this always seems like the same issue, in most, but not all fast food restaurants, that I've been to. Their shakes are definitely "worth the trip" ."

"I came here through drive-thru as I was craving the hand breaded chicken sandwich. The girl on drive through took my order quick and quickly gave me the food I loved the quick service provided by this location. My order was right and they provided quick service even the food itself was fresh and it was the best hand breaded chicken I’ve had compared to any other Carl’s Jr location, will come again."

"Employees here seem to not mind working until you place an order with more than one item. I live near this location. Therefore, I have visited numerous times, each and every time the older black lady at the drive thru has made it clear that she is miserable. At first approach, she's somewhat upbeat, but once I mention a second combo, I can never place my order without her rudely interrupting and asking, "anything else". I have myself worked fast food before, so I understand how it feels to be on the other end, but there's absolutely no reason for you to have an attitude because a customer placed an order with multiple items? It's literally part of the job, leave the attitude at home or don't work fast food. Also, they never have ranch and continuously fail to put the condiments I request for my order in the bag."
