"Our order: Ribs & wedges Wings 1 topping Calzone with Italian sausage. We placed our order through Slice which we later found has different food descriptions and images from their actual website. For the ribs, Slice depicted spare ribs that looked like they had actually seen a BBQ grill. What we received was baked baby back ribs that were lightly sauced and void of flavor outside of the sauce. All of the potato wedges were under cooked and was like biting into a once frozen potato that had been microwaved then served. The Wings shown on Slice were described as being fried. What we received again were baked chicken with a light drizzle of BBQ sauce again, void of flavor outside of what the sauce provided. The Calzone was, meh... Undercooked and soggy but the flavor was ok and paired well with the garlic bread that came with the wings so the meal wasn't a complete loss. Once I received the order and saw the state of slop that was delivered I called the store. The person on the phone said "expecting the food to resemble the image is like getting image quality food from McDonald's". Which, fair... but what he failed to acknowledge was the images AND descriptions shown on Slice compared to the food we received appeared as if it came from a completely different store. Compared to the quality of what we received, it did not appear that the store was even capable of producing anything remotely close to what was in the image. Knowing this in advance would have made us order something else from somewhere else. The person I spoke to most likely couldn't tell the difference between spare ribs and baby back. Or knew that just because you add BBQ sauce to something, doesn't' make it BBQ. Ignorance is forgiven. But willful ignorance is deplorable. $54.99, down the drain. We gave most of it away to some of the homeless folks in the area. We tried to save some of the food with the air fryer, hoping to add texture other than mush. It was no use. My suggestion, you are responsible for how your business is presented on any platform where you receive money from being on said platform. Brand identity and consistency does wonders with managing expectations. If you are going to call something BBQ and sell it as such, actually know what that means. Maybe the pizza would be great but I couldn't see myself going there after that convo. At least the delivery person was nice. Edit to your response: Your response is canned and resolutionles. There are too many other places to try for me to give y'all me money again."
"I go here a few times a month with co-workers and it is a great space to blow off steam from the week, and begin your weekend with the correct head."
"Had a terrible experience with the management. They messed up my order and refused to make a new one, even though I had a receipt. The pizza was quite mid, even though I ordered a calzone lol. The sauce didn’t have much flavor whatsoever and the cheese wasn’t the best. Don’t take my word, but I wouldn’t go back."
"Flew in from San Antonio to visit the inlaws. Was in the mood for pizza, love this pizza so much, i never eat the crust of any pizza. But this one i ate it all, felt so home made!! And the service was really great."
