"It doesn't matter how you order- online, in person, or for pickup in the contact free machine. I ordered 2 hours ahead for a specific pick up time. Tell me why they couldn't get it ready in 2 hours? It was literally one basic pizza! The people working here have terrible communication skills and are rarely seen up at the front if you need them. It's so ridiculous and a huge waste of time."

"Ordered online to pickup. After waiting about 15 minutes after it was promised, NOTHING in the portal!!! Had to ask for my order, thankfully the other people in line were ok with me "cutting in line." Lobby was dirty and CROWDED!! First time ordering from this location, and will NEVER order from this location again!!"

"I made a pick up order from the Little Caesar’s app and I had a less than pleasant experience. Store order ID# 1027102. When I was notified my order was ready I walked into the store to pick up my order. I punched the number in and grabbed my calzone. First thing I noticed was the calzone being cold. Felt as if it was sitting there for a while before I picked it up. Second, I was missing the marinara sauce. There was no one at the register so I decided to wait. No one showed up after 5 minutes and my food was getting colder. After a few more minutes, I decided to leave. I was very unhappy with the customer service at this location. By far the worst experience I have had at a Little Caesar’s."

"I haven't been to little Cesar's in probably almost a year...so naturally I got burnt bread sticks and over cooked pizza! Thankfully, that has not been my typical experience of this place, and I am hoping it was just a fluke. Things happen, right? Service was good...shopping center is meh...but nothing too bad. Great parking as it shares the lot with a grocery store! Definitely recommend using the app if you wanna just grab and go!"
