"The girl that is always at the front is VERY RUDE ALL THE TIME!! She also does not give you the change to get the COVID tests through out the transaction she just by passes that screen & god forbid if you go before they go on lunch. I will be moving my prescriptions to another facility."

"I had a covid exposure and sore throat 10 days ago (tested negative). Website won't let me get vaccination in 2 days (which is totally fine/understandable). However, the website also won't let me cancel or reschedule it because it has to be within a certain time frame? I literally can't move the date back two days because the system won't let me. So now I'm going to skip my scheduled appointment Thursday that I can't cancel and create another for Saturday to meet the 2 week period. Pretty frustrating and I feel bad I'm skipping something I can't cancel"

"The five stars are for the nice people who work the counter and deal with frustrated people all day. They are understaffed and are never given the opportunity to catch up on their backlog! The District manager is horrible and all complaints need to go to her, not the poor employees who have to follow her directions! For anyone having an issue with wait times, call District manager Lisa and complain! She is the reason they are behind and will never catch up! Good management should care about their customers, not the bottom line! This is lifesaving medicine everyone is waiting for! I have to wait days to pick up my prescriptions! If it wasn't for the friendly staff, I would be going somewhere else that doesn't have a 5 day backlog!"
