Walmart Supercenter

"Well, came to Lakeville cause Shakopee always lets me down when it comes to grocery pickup/delivery and the quality of the food I receive there, and had a LOT of issues with this location. Placed order for delivery and we received a message saying our delivery was going to be late. But never gave a time, so we waited for 6 hours but never got an update. Ended up just changing it to pickup, but the only times available were during really busy times, and for the next day. We have busy schedules and so this became incredibly inconvenient for us. Not super happy. Only giving 2 stars cause the guy that brought groceries out was kind."

"I recently went into the store and saw a clearanced, frozen item. I was going to buy 2. I got to the checkout and Raji or whatever, made a big deal out of whether or not the big discount was correct. He had me take him to the freezer end cap. I showed him. He said it couldn’t be right. A customer did that. How? It was priced with panels above the freezer and there were a ton IN the freezer. I started heading back to the register and he ran off to look for a manager. He came back after a long while. Said he would only do one and that there was no manager on duty. That’s a lie but I had patients to see. He was rude and condescending.I did contact Walmart. I was contacted by Herson Cortez. His emails indicated that he thought I had an issue with the frozen department. He didn’t care enough to call just email. He gave me the store number but it keeps ringing and ringing. I let him know that and got no response. Maybe these people need more than a Walmart academy education and training."

"Well this time I was there has mad me switch to this location. I don’t remember the customer service guy that helped me and that I watched serve a elderly women with the upmost respect but hats off to him. This is what we need to teach and pay for. Do rite Walmart and treat your employees better and this is the employee you will get. Also the cashier that was there too was respectful. Sorry don’t know names but will pay closer attention next time. This will be the Wally World I go to from now on"

"It was about a week ago, your employee Ashley deserves a dang raise. First she complimented my overalls which I'm very self conscious about. Then I asked where do they keep the Jack's links, the sweet young gal took me all the way there and pointed them out. Now that shows character. You rock Ashley!"

"Most people that work her are great. But have had some issues with people. An employee was impatient with my son who stutters and the return counter had the crabbiest lady. But overall, it's fine"
