Walmart Pharmacy

"This is by far the best pharmacy that I have ever used. They are always kind, always have my medication ready on time, and there are never long lines. I’ll never go back to Walgreens or CVS after finding these wonderful people."

"Walmart is incompetent. I called to see if a medication was available so that my provider could send an RX and they told me that "per our policy, we cannot discuss medications in stock with out an RX on file." I've called 15 pharmacies looking for this medicine and have never heard that response."

"Had a grocery pickup that I scheduled from 6-7, which was perfect because I needed to pick up a prescription as well. The hours for the pharmacy stated on the app that Monday-Friday 9am-7pm. I came in after my pickup at about 6:20pm to see that the pharmacy was closed. Walked to customer service to ask if there was any way they could grab the prescription for me, that I had already paid for online. The customer service worker (Olivia) said “I’m not a pharmacist” to which I asked if she had a manager (I believe his name is Abdul) and he told me that the website probably just had “covid hours” whatever that means, I’m not sure. I don’t appreciate my time and money being wasted along with being disrespected by their employee. I need my medications, when I refill them, not to be told essentially “too bad”. They were also unable to tell me what times during the week day the pharmacy closes, since I can’t rely on the times online. Overall just a really gross way to treat a human being."

"Constantly runs out of medication. They'll tell you it'll be in tomorrow, and rinse and repeat for multiple days. If you go to this pharmacy for convenience make sure you get a written prescription each time from your doctor, so you can take it to another pharmacy to get it filled after they tell you their currently out of stock. Staff is friendly, but I don't go to a pharmacy for nice people I go there to get medication. After 9 years of going here I'm about to switch."
