"Walmart in general is awful but this is for the pharmacy; way to close early and not help people get their prescriptions!"
"Walmart always sends a text when my refills and new prescriptions are ready for pickup. The pharmacist and staff are always available to answer questions and/or get me checked out fast. Great service!"
"No one will help you at all even if theyre a little busy they give keys to one person whose always busy i swear. Waiting for someone to unlock the case for plan Bs for over 30 minutes i had to just leave and go somewhere else. Honestly pathetic how bad they're customer service is. Never trying to buy anything in a case there again."
"I just want to spread awareness about how ignorant someone can be .I went to Walmart last night around 7:20 p.m., I spent $141.51 on my bank card at self-checkout, let's not forget all the thousands that I spend there every month. I have a big family in they constantly need things. Walmart was my go-to place it was like my corner store. I'm sorry to keep going off topic. I just cannot believe what was done to my grandchild, it makes me so upset he's an innocent baby! I asked the lady at self-checkout for formula she said she cannot leave self check out, it was at register 7 at that point I had to check out all my items, once I paid I went down to customer service. I asked if they could get me a can of baby formula for a one month old baby. The manager informed me that no she cannot get the formula because they were closed. At this this point it was 8:44pm and they closed at 8:30pm but I was in self-checkout ringing out a lot of items on my own, it took me a little while sorry. I'm not a professional at that, I tried to moved as quickly as possible. There were about 12 to 15 employees gather around talking to one another and one of the employees had cigarettes in her hand and was patting them in her Palm. I'm baffled because someone could have want to register 7 which was 4 feet away to unlock the cabinet and gave me the baby formula. I informed the manager that my grand baby did not have any formula we were all out. I told her that I really needed the baby formula and she continued to tell me no, she's not getting anything because they're closed. Let me finish with this if I were you I would not shop at Walmart during a crisis because they're really ignorant people that they employ. I don't know if was because I'm African-American and she felt like my grandchild should be hungry and did not deserve any formula? I'm not sure what it was what I do know is someone could have stepped up and said they were going to get the baby formula. No one said anyting everyone just stood around talking like I wasn't asking for anything. That was so horrible! I had to pay my neighbor for breastmilk so that my grandchild could eat and not starve for 10 1/2 hours! With everything that's going around that was my last resort. I was not going to let him starve he's 4 weeks and 3 day. He did not deserve what the Walmart manager did! I pray that God continue to bless and watch over my grandchild, will continue to keep him in good health! I pray that this never happens again to my grandchildren or anyone else children! There's no reason for infants/children to be hungry! Black lives matter!"
"Very rude workers. And I love walmart but this one is really bad. The workers are rude and not helpful at all. I rather drive further away from my house then go here."
