"We moved to Woodbury recently. We tried two different pharmacies and had horrible experiences with our prescriptions not being ready when they said they would be, coming back later to find out they still weren't ready. Then we tried SAM'S CLUB PHARMACY!!! What a completely different experience. They have our prescriptions ready right away. They're so friendly. They take time to explain what we need to know about the medication. I hesitate to tell all of you about their pharmacy because everyone will switch to their pharmacy after you try them once! Brett (and I can't remember the girls name, but she's in the picture below) are both exceptional employees that in my mind are model examples of customer service and very knowledgeable."

"I haven't had problems before this (at this location), but this was bad. I had called to see if my prescription was ready. Not only was it not ready (and no one ever called me to tell me they weren't bothering to prepare it) BUT I also got yelled at for several minutes by the head pharmacy tech because I asked why it wasn't ready. She's normally the nicest person so I don't know what happened to make her like that but thats not how you talk to people, ever. She couldn't answer my question, as it was out of her control, but I didn't know that until after the 3-minute-straight, gradually-more-aggressive tangent started. I even said "okay" at least two or three times WHILE she was talking but she just kept repeating herself over and over about how it wasn't her department, and getting more and more upset as she went on. When she finally stopped talking, I simply said "Ok I guess I'll call my doctor to figure that out?" And she responded with "Yeah you do that." (or something like that) then hung up on me. I understand the pharmacist doesn't approve meds, but the pharmacist told me 3 months ago I had refills for a while. And according to THAT info, I should still have refills. But now suddenly I don't have refills even though my doctor approved it. So I'm still confused! Plus why do they call some people for denial of a refill but they won't call other people for refill denials? I dont get it. If someone orders something and you cant give it to them, it only makes sense that you let them know BEFORE they show up to get it? Whats so hard about that? Not to mention when the pharm tech first answered the phone, I couldnt understand her. It literally sounded like she said: "Thank you for calling slsmfkcpcckdiejdbs this is skdjxnsoazaqolndiwnslxlxksm..." I literally wasn't even sure if I hit the right button for the right department, but as she talked I recognized her voice. Answering in that way is really rude and unprofessional. Then when I called service desk to ask for a manager, the phone rang off the hook for 5 minutes before someone answered and put me on hold again (I didn't catch that persons name either, go figure). When the manager finally answered she just kept interrupting me. I could tell she was genuinely trying to help but you can't help someone if you don't let them finish what theyre trying to tell you. She also made a comment about how "everyone knows that you're supposed to call the pharmacy to make sure your prescription is filled before you show up" even though they have never said that to me before, I had never heard that from anywhere before, and I've never had to do that before? I didn't even want anything from them. I just wanted them to be aware of how they were treating people but that made it worse and now I just don't even wanna go back. I hope everyone there has a better day and that they don't keep talking to people like that."
"The worst experience I have ever had. The Pharmacist Lisa is extremely rude to customers as a whole. She is the Manager apparently. I have seen her talk down to people and change prescriptions without Dr's approval.She also goes out of her way to make every transaction very difficult. They do not keep customers in the loop of information for life saving medication. IF you have any medication that you absolutely need every single day DO NOT fill it here."
