"Another historic bridge, all in a wooden trestle-like structure. These old bridges helped residents in Bankers Hill walk over the canyon to the trolley line. Next to the bridge on the 3rd Avenue side is an entrance to a trail through Maple Canyon that ends at Dove Street. It's a beautiful hike in the spring. The canyon is currently undergoing some projects to divert water, but is still passable."
"Love the 7 bridge city walk and the Quince Street beige is a highlight. It’s an architectural beauty. Especially at Golden Hour facing west."
"Funky wooden pedestrian bridge across a canyon in the middle of residential San Diego."
"Love walking across this old wooden bridge, coming off 4th it has about 13 steep stairs down to a few feet of a slope to the main level walkway. The walkway goes across Maple Canyon, which has a nice trail that goes under the 1st Street Bridge too. On the Quincy Street side it has 13 steep steps up."
