"Very reasonable, owner friendly and helpful. Easy check in with lock box and key, great if coming last minute or late. No big frills here, just clean and neat. Low price and very comfortable. 5 star dinner club nearby, gas station for snacks near by. Very relaxing, nice not to have to pay big bucks for a great nite sleep."

"Some of the low review scores are unfair. This motel is IMPECCABLY clean every time I stay and the service is great. I've traveled around the country on the company dime and walked into situations so bad I had to demand a new room at hotels that cost MANY times as much as this and have TERRIBLE service to boot. Yeah, it could be updated. I don't care, this is full service lodging in a town of 313 people, come on. And all my neighbors have always been either people traveling for work or hunters and or fishermen (who are early to bed and early to rise.) It's nice and quiet. Everything up here is far away from everything else. If this is close to where you want to be... Five stars, easy."

"My husband and son stayed here while opening up our cabin nearby. Very easy to check in,even late at night. The owner is a man of few words but was very informative and the room was very clean and beds were very comfortable and we were so thankful that a room was available on short notice(called only 24 hours before needing a room). We will definitely stay here again!"
