Walmart Pharmacy

"This store has one very friendly, really great male pharmacist, but also has one overreaching, horrible female pharmacist that's his exact opposite. She is so awful that my clinic even mentioned her rudeness to me after they had to call about a prescription problem. Unfortunately, she makes up her own guidelines depending on what mood she's in it seems; even refusing to fill a FAXED controlled substance script that I needed following surgery, for no valid reason! I'm so sick of this lady treating me like I'm doing something wrong when I'm not - all because she's on a power trip. She even refused to fill my gabapentin script a whole 2 DAYS early on a holiday weekend, even after receiving approval for the "early" fill from my physician cause I was heading out of town for the week! I mean, really? It's time to move on. I'll never use this pharmacy again. *Update* My physician filed a formal complaint as a direct result of gross negligence by the female pharmacist who's referenced above."

"I don't Like Being Lied to By Your Staff on the Phone at the Pharmacy! I was told Three Times my Second Prescription was NEVER SENT! Not that it was sent and then Voided By the Drs Office 6 minutes later! I had to spend over an Hour Calling Dr Office and Walmarts Pharmacy Multipule Times to ATTEMPT to get my meds. BP Meds Mind You....im Done Wal-Mart Pharmacy I will go Elcewhere for my Meds in the Future. Not ok! The Manager I spoke to In the Pharmacy should Listen to Her Customers when they Tell Her Something....Its Not My Job To Make the Paperwork Up and Send it Correctly!!! How hard would it of been to Call my Drs Office instead of making me Make Several calls?! Make me feel like im Lying. Not Professional By Any Means PERIOD..."

"Only pharmacy that would fill a prescription that I need to keep me alive! Other pharmacy’s(not Walmart) questioned why I was on such a high dose. This pharmacy also took the time to find a prescription that matched my original when my original was on back-order! I don’t know the pharmacist’s name- but when I figure it out... she deserves a raise plus more!!! THANK YOU! By the way this medicine is critical as I had thyroid cancer and need it to stay alive!!"
