"I definitely should have checked the reviews before coming here! Yikes! The pharmacy is a joke! Terrible service! Scott the pharmacist was very rude and condescending. He even sarcastically laughed at a question I asked. They charged me for a medication that was covered and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t. One of the employees asked for help from the pharmacy manager and she literally said she didn’t have time for this. It’s a very negative environment to both employees and customers."

"Came to pick up business cards, thought it be easy as ever went there they didn’t have order replaced it online. Said ready for pickup 5:47 PM, went back in said they are still printing, didn’t wanna be rude so said okay I’ll give it time asked what time they close, the guy said 10 PM. Said okay I’ll go get dinner come back was 8:30 PM went in he was cutting them, asked if I want them all cut the same size, well yes I would like them cut the same size said well then you may need to come back a different day. I said well if you can make them look nice that is okay I guess. He said okay well it be awhile, I then proceeded to say fine I can come back another day such as tomorrow said that be best… umm what …. How is this okay ??"

"Worst Pharmacy EVER!! I had back surgery on a Friday with a prescription to be picked up on Sunday for continued pain relief. The Pharmacy was closed due to the pharmacist being sick. This is completely unacceptable and how can there not be a backup or a tech that can at least continue the needs of their customers!! I will never ever use this place again and I have been a long term customer. This was the final ending for me as it has been many times of disappointment!!!"

"For those looking here for a pharmacy, do yourself a favor and keep looking. I've been dealing with picking up prescriptions from this place for the past 12-18 months, lord knows why I've stuck it out this long. Likely because I don't have that much to pick up and I'd like to think I'm something of an optimist. But this is ridiculous. I can probably count on 1 hand how many times they've successfully accomplished the apparently daunting task of having a single bottle of meds ready. Expect to be given an excuse at the window, told they're going to start getting it ready for you, and it'll be 30-45 minutes. Same rundown whether the prescription was sent in a few hours in advance or a few days. They will wait for you to hit that window before doing their job. I commute from Forest Lake to Golden Valley every day, and there's nothing more refreshing than driving past my house into town on my way home, waiting in line, asking for a single bottle of a prescription, and turning a 5-10 minute pickup process into an excuse at the window and another hour out of my day gone after a few spent on the road. This is just the routine expectations. Stick it out with them for a while and you might get to go through some gems like being harassed with 7 calls in a day while you're working to be notified a prescription is ready. Only to show up and, to really nobody's surprise, it's not ready. Filling it will take 30-45 minutes. Embarrassingly incompetent. Beyond excited to drive back into town, grab my bag, and never return. Here's to hoping they managed to fill a bottle in the time it took me to write this."

"This store is not exactly known for its customer service. Well today I encountered the exception to that rule, a bright light named Jessica. She was cheerful and upbeat, and when I needed help sending a Fed Ex package she immediately dropped what she was doing stacking shelves and quickly made her over to the counter to help me. Just as pleasant and helpful as could be, never once acting put out. Greeted me warmly and wished me a good day on my way out. This store needs to clone her. She puts the others to shame. A breath of fresh air."
