"DO NOT use Walgreens Pharmacy... they'll take days to fill and will overcharge you!!! Back story- My son had an antibiotic prescription sent there last night from urgent care. Upon picking up, we were told by the pharmacy staff that the total out-of-pocket was $300!! We refused to pick up last night, so I called this morning to request the prescription be transferred to Rolseth Drug in Forest Lake as I have used them previously and have NEVER paid more than $50. When i called Walgreens, I was told by staff that they didn't have insurance on file..... sooo were they going to ask about insurance last night? Or just charge us full price? I was able to get rhe prescription sent to Rolseth and it was filled within 20 mins of the transfer.. for $35... How is the SAME prescription $300 at Walgreens, but $35 at Rolseth??? Walgreens is criminal, like every other big box company. Shop small/local! We LOVE Rolseth Drug!!"

"Never used to have problems until yesterday. Said my prescription was ready, it was not. Said I would come back today and I've now been on hold for 2 HOURS! This is absolutely ridiculous for people who need their prescriptions to live. Walgreens needs to reevaluate this pharmacy"
