What I wasn't expecting was that they would be phenomenal! Not only did Cecilia go through the extra effort of calling my insurance company and adding me to line to change my prior authorization, but explained everything I could expect when I arrived. My MRI Technician, Jeff, was also outstanding. He explained how everything would work, dialed up some good music for me, and kept checking in on/encouraging me because (I didn't realize it) getting an MRI is not a picnic. Clean facility, suite looks remarkably nicer and is much more modern than the exterior of the building. Also, a well-respected local physician, Dr. Jeffrey Niezgoda, is one of the owners. Needing medical imaging is never fun, but this is a great facility and their patient-centered approach is outstanding. Also, they they saved me about $700!"
