I literally leave my world in their hands! I trust them wholeheartedly and if I did have something that I was concerned about they're always right there to listen and take action!"

"We pulled our son out of New Horizon Academy in August after we'd been there just over a year and a half. When we started, we were pleased with the care he received. However, in the 8 months prior to our leaving, there was management turnover and significant staff turnover to the point where our son's teacher was changing approximately every 6 weeks. E-mail communications regarding these changes rarely felt professional and often gave a sense of poor organization within the corporation. He was struggling with potty training while at NHA and I noted that twice when I picked him up they had put diapers (not ours as we use cloth but he was wearing disposables) beneath his underwear. After a couple months at his new daycare, he's no longer having accidents. Several days when I picked my son up, he shared that he didn't like his teachers because they didn't treat him nicely. Once while I picked him up from his classroom, I observed a teacher sitting on another child's stomach holding his arms to the floor whilst yelling at him as he laid on his back. Prior to witnessing this event, we had already decided to remove our child from this center. Shortly after this experience, I e-mailed the district manager with my concerns who never even responded. After being at a new center for the past couple months, I can't believe how much of a difference I've noticed in potty training and mood upon picking my son up from daycare. He now tells me he likes his teachers and is excited to share details about his day. The only reason I gave this review two stars rather than one is because there are some teachers who truly care and do a great job. Just before leaving, I spoke to the center's manager who shared they knew problems existed and were working to make meaningful changes. I'm hopeful that they've been able to achieve some of those changes. However, I still wouldn't recommend this center to anyone."

"I Will Not Recommend this Daycare Overall For No one. I Feel Like The Staff Act like They Care But Deep Down They Really Dont Care What You Talking About And Barely Listen To you. At 1St Everything Started Off Good But About 2Weeks Into My Kids Being In their Facility This One Kid Bit My 2Year Old Daughter (never Met The Kid They Didnt Even Tell me Who the Kid Was) all ik Is That it Was A Little Boy im Assuming Whos In the Same Class As Her. So Yet Again 2Weeks Later My 2Year old Gets Bit Again Not Sure if it was By the Same Little Boy Or Not But This Shouldve Never Happened For The 2Nd Time The 1St Time They Seemed To brush It off Anyway Saying If It Happens Again We Try Our Best to make Sure It wont Happen Again But its Not A Guaranteed That It Wont Happen Again basically Saying Its A possibility That it Could Happen Again. After it Being the 2Nd Time My Daughter Getting bit I told Them No im Doneee So Please DONT ENROLL YO KIDS IN NEW HORIZON.. but Although The Staff in my Daughter Infant Room Was Pretty Respectful &Coo’ Especially Lexi I Liked Her Alot ..&Definitely Respected Her Alot. She Was Great . Everybody Else Phony As Hell &Not Genuine as Much as Lexi was. by the Way My Kids Only Had been There For Only A Month For all this Bs in this SHORT PERIOD OF TIME."

"This daycare deserves 0 stars! My children attended New Horizon on Kutzky...I feel this daycare is very unsafe and understaff. One of my daughters kept opening the emergency exit door this happened twice. One of the directors Vanessa said my daughter needed to be sent home because of it. Heather was also rude as well saying well she should have listened. Now remind my daughter is 4 years old how is it possible that she keeps going out the exit when there is a teacher in the classroom. I even asked them to put up some type of child safety locks they replied they are not about to do that because when they tell the 4 yr old not to do something she should listen. Not only that this daycare kept sending her home because "she's having a bad day" basically they didn't want to deal with her now this was happening every other day at around 11am.....I don't understand why they couldn't find ways to redirect a 4 year old...she probably was bored being that they had her in a classroom with children ages 2-3. When I asked that she be in the classroom of her age they told me they had no room for her. This daycare is unprofessional and they are so rude and even rude to some of the kids I witnessed this. All they care about is the money. They don't take no accountability for their actions and blame little kids for their mess ups. I tried to bear with this daycare but unfortunately I can't especially after they kicked one of my daughters out for going out an emergency door because they wasn't watching her as they should have been. She's 4 not a grown up.DONT PUT YOUR KIDS IN THIS DAYCARE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO NO ONE THERE ARE SOME GOOD TEACHERS BUT OVERALL DONT DO IT...THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST DAYCARE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! NOT ONLY WAS THEY CHARGING ME FOR DAYS I VERBALLY ASK THEM NOT TO AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WASNT ITS RIDICULOUS! FIND ANOTHER DAYCARE THIS ONE IS BEYOND TERRIBLE!"
