"I’ve been to this Starbucks many times and never had this experience. Today I ordered a shaken espresso with cf on top. The lady who handed me my drink in the drive through was laughing which I didn’t think much of. After taking one sip of the drink I tasted something crunchy. I took it out and looked at it. It was a FLY! I’m not even kidding. I was so grossed out I returned it and got a refund. The man helping me also gave me a $4 gift card which is nice but I won’t be ever coming back to this location. I have a feeling that fly was put in the drink intentionally as it was at the very top … don’t come to this location."
"Ordered a grande peppermint mocha and it wasn’t even full to the top. I understand there should be room for whipped cream, but this was almost close to half full. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve received my drinks not filled to the top at this location."
