"Beautiful memories. I drink ☕️ every morning. This was in the year 2021. Tamira is a good manager, and sometimes she has bouts of nervousness, but I would like to return to this place to drink hot chocolate."

"The manager Tamera was EXTREMELY rude and inappropriate. She interrupted my order and embarrassed me. Abi the young lady who took my order was very nice and apologetic for her manager rude behavior. I will 100% return to Starbucks where they value their customers and don’t embarrass them. I am(was) a new customer to Caribou, but no longer."

"I was a little annoyed that the clerk chose to try to fix a broken oven that wasn't needed immediately rather than taking my order. Disappointed that they also wouldn't warm up my travel mug before putting the drink in...covid related, they said--but other Caribou locations do it. She did offer to add "extra hot" to my order to help, though. It is convenient to where I am at the moment, though, so I'll be back."

"I have always liked this chain, their coffee is so much better than Starbucks (IMO). However, they were a big miss for me today. The staff wasn’t kind to the group we had. We were a group of cancer mothers getting together for coffee. Sone came from the hospital across the street to attend. The coffee wasn’t as I ordered. It was very very strong, like it had been there all day. Didn’t taste fresh. The price was outrageous for what I got. Bakery item was so old and dried out, couldn’t even eat it. The cashier didn’t care and was busy talking on her phone vs waiting on customers. Zero customer service. I won’t be back to this particular location."
