"I called to apply for advance parole and wanted to get a CLEAR explanation as to how it works. They told me they don’t do consultations for this. They sent me a long list of things I needed for advanced parole and I explained how I still needed clarity. Not sure who I spoke to but again explained very rudely that the law firm does not do consultations for this. In the end , none of my questions were answered."
