"I received a bill from Aetna last week and was upset because my bill was over $700.00. I called Aetna and they told me that my deductible wasn't met and to call the doctors office. It tuns out my doctors office made a mistake with the ID number and asked that I call the billing department. I called the billing department, provided them my current insurance information and they took care of the balance!"

"This company has been hacked by a bunch of wndow licking cretins who need to have their necks snapped. Im gonna give Bay Area Billing Solutions 4 stars for the effort they are putting into making things right. The phone call I recieved was courteous and the lady was professional. I suggest we find these aholes and cut their index fingers off on the first offense, a hand on the second offense and then they would be readily identifyable on the third offense, a one handed paper-hanging hacker!!!!! Just Sayin.....get the rope....."

"I did listen to the voicemail. Rude, rude, rude!!!! Charged my bank account $500 with Navy Federal Credit Union but apparently it’s not them and they’ve filed a police report according to their introduction voicemail. Very unprofessional to put “get a life” in response to peoples reviews. I looked up the exact words on the unauthorized bank account charge and it brought me straight to this company so it makes sense that people would be upset. Until the issue is resolved and the response comments are corrected, I will be keeping my 2 star review. I will upload to 3 stars when the issue is completely resolved because of the rude behavior."
