"I normally come here and the employees are super nice and respectful. But I did get a vape and I didn’t work (sometimes it did sometimes it didn’t) they told me I could get a new one for 20% off. But they kept the barely working one so they could get “compensated” from the company they got it from. But I couldn’t get a refund? I’m getting charged for both but I only get one and YOU guys get your money back on an item I already bought. That isn’t right at all."
