"Some kid with black hair was mopping the floor 20 minutes till close I walk in and use the restroom and he is burning a hole in the back of my head holding the men’s restroom door open. Almost like he wanted to physically harm me cause I came in on business hours. I did buy merchandise then another guy comes in and he makes him mop that area after he uses the restroom. "Incase of you have Luther discount card is not right place to buy a gas. I bought almost. 16 Gals. Instead of to get discount she made by her hand discount of $1 she didn’t scan my card because it will be automatically $1.60 cents discount. It’s not big deal. But attempting like that small amount she can do more than that if she get more than this issue she make me laugh indeed"

"Use to work for freedom, we were bought out by holiday. People became to act as if they are better then everyone now.. Why? When they have the same postions..? I'll never understand after lies I quit giving it 3 months to get back to normal! I miss my co workers but the management is a joke! I thought the manager was cool but turns out hes as bad as the assistant manager! I've heard my former everyday customers say how they were treated parking in front. As freedom it was no problem now it's a big deal? They will continue to go down hill to the regulars I guarantee! As for people traveling on I-94, they will always get business! Sad for the locals though!"

"I also had a similar terrible experience during construction. Same thing happened except it was a guy I had never seen before. He was extremely rude. I used to go here every day and love the employees. I just don't go there much any more because it's a totally different atmosphere, and they are always out of ice. Must have for this time of year"

"All of the workers there are super rude. Came here during their construction walked inside (all lights were on doors were open and sign said open) lady rushes over and loudly shouts at my friend and i that they weren't open.. as the guy manager gives us a smirk and walks away. No apology or anything. We go to leave and lots more people go to go inside and were told the same thing. Maybe lock your doors or have a sign that says closed? About 2 days later they reopened as a holiday my mom came here to get gas, the worker screamed i mean not just raised voice she was full out screaming at the man in front of her who came inside to get his gas receipt, and then proceeds to scream at my mom about not being a holiday and not taking her coupon (it wasnt expired and it should have still been honored if you ask me). Awful customer service. The two bigger ladies and the guy manager are all terrible. I miss this place as a freedom and the kind helpful workers they had prior. I used to come here almost daily for gas and other things, but im done coming here after all of this. Learn some customer service."
