Need to mention the customer service and greeting of middle edge lady who serve breakfast is excellent and inspiring, she wishes me a happy holidays and a great year ahead. I did the same but she really made my day as a customer. She deserve a new year bonus if a manager read this."

"Despite trying to offer an identical experience at every shop, fast food places are only as good as the management. And this place must have great mangers, because the food and service is consistently good. I'm not crazy about fast food, but when I do get it, i want it to be easy to order, tasty, hot, and fast. This Carl's Jr. Is always that. Kudos to the manager,!"

"Never come here with current management. Current management seems to fixated on profit more than anything. Two days in row me and my coworkers have gone to grab food from this restaurant. I’m surprised that corporate allows half of these restaurants to operate with their name. Saturday we came in and received a beyond burger which is normally a vegetarian burger, covered to the brim in beef fat and bits, the excuse? Their charbroiler had gone out. Ok fine I understand. Today before work we went back in and got the same thing and this time I notified the cashier they should probably not sell the products if they’re gonna be cross contaminated, their excuse was that the managers would get angry. Never in my life have I seen such poor management and disregard for dietary guidelines and standards. This manager should be ashamed of themselves for putting their staff through this because at the end of it on Saturday night I saw one of their male employees have to get threatened over trying to follow simple logic. This restaurant would be better off closed than mismanaged as it is currently. Last time I said I’d stop coming here but now I will make it my mission to make sure this manager is taught how to properly handle an establishment."

"Got the new Diablo Burger with a second patty. It was delicious with those jalapeno poppers inside- Great idea. Fries were fresh and crunchy. Quick at the drive thru. Overall, good experience for a fast food burger chain."
