"I ordered takeout through an online service. For quicker service, it's better to call the place directly. The pizza took about an hour to be delivered, but it was significantly better than what you'd get from a typical chain restaurant, and the prices were reasonable."

"90 minutes to get my pie, and one of them was on a very stale dried out crust with no chew. Tasted like a frozen pizza or something that had been under a heat lamp all day. The little sugar snacks used to be a favorite but they tasted like they were several days old, hard but weirdly rubbery at the same time. I used to love this place, but they've disappointed me with ultra-slow delivery and bad food twice. I don't know if they changed hands or what, but this place has taken a nosedive in their ability to do their jobs."

"We recently went to Santa Rosa for a hockey tournament and needed a place for a team dinner. I called a few days before asking about reservations and was told to call the day before. I called the day before to remind them of the number of people coming and the lady was super excited and said they could accommodate. Fast forward to the day of.. we all walk in and the man in there was installing a camera system and said he didn’t know we were going to be there at that time and he as the only one working. He was super put out we all were there. Some of us even placed our order and hour to a half hour before going to help out with time management. He was annoyed at that even. Needless to say we were there for about 2 1/2 hours. Never once asked if we wanted waters. Came once to refill only lemonade and root beers if you had them. Was annoyed a kid accidentally popped a ballon. It was odd. The food was great however so I will say that. The service was awful and for whatever reason he was annoyed we were there. Mind you we were the only patrons of the restaurant so I would like to think he would be thankful we came."

"Fantastic place if you want to sit down at a real table, black tablecloth, family oriented, beautifully renovated room, and fairly decent as prices go, especially in this Santa Rosa area. Good food, friendly staff, really warm atmosphere and very welcoming. Root beer. Always get the root beer."

"A complete nightmare. First of all, it is so dark in the restaurant. I leaned against the paneling at my table, and the paneling shifted. We were there for an hour, and all we got was our salad. There was only one other customer, they got their food before us. After an hour we asked for our pizza, you could tell they forgot to make it. We had a show to go to so we had to leave. We said we would call later to get a refund. As we were driving away in our car, they ran out with a pizza. No napkins, and incredibly greasy. No flavor. We didn't want it. Also no apology. We called today to get a refund. We asked for the manager, and the woman on the phone said "one second" then she came back and claimed there was no manager, but to call back after 5. So we did. The same woman picked up and said the manager wasn't there, he gets there after 8. We said there had to be a supervisor, but she said the supervisor doesn't speak English. They are clearly trying to avoid us. We work in customer service, and we can easily say this place has the worst customer service we have ever experienced."
