"Cook was arguing because he didn’t want to make pizza after 8pm place closes at 11pm went in there for the Veterans Day free combo they do every year lady at front said we don’t do that here no1 has asked all day so we don’t do that here. I said thank you and left."

"Our pizza was 'hot-n-fresh," as they had no other pizzas ready to go. The lady at the register had a serious attitude problem and was non sympathetic to our questions and overall situation. Kinda put a damper on our day. And willingness to go back to little Ceasars. Hence the 2 stars."

"I had the most unpleasant experience while trying to call in an order. I wasn’t actually ordering food for myself but for the children of a friend of mine who was recovering from a medical problem. When I called, I was trying to confirm the location by asking, “Is this the lil Caesar’s near the Arco.” I’m sure many of us have ordered from the wrong location at least once. The woman answering the refused to confirm the location and instead kept saying, “HOW CAN I HELP YOU??” At first, I thought she couldn’t hear me but as I repeated the question, her “HOW CAN I HELP YOU” was getting louder and more and more rude. Eventually, I just ordered what the kids requested but if it were my pizza, I would’ve just hung up and chosen to eat somewhere else. The receipt said the name Elvia P. on it."

"The food has gone downhill in the last year. Just this last visit they forgot to add sauce to my pizza and it the toppings were burnt, they also forgot to put butter on my bread sticks they were so dry not even my dog wanted them. And it's not the 1st time things like this have happened there. There customer service is GREAT but the food just isn't what it used to be."
