"Steinhafels worst customer service you will find. They will do everything they can to leave you hanging high and dry on warranty. DO NOT GO HERE. Sales associates will sell you a warranty, this will increase their commission. When you actually need your warranty, customer service will direct you to a third party on the east coast that won’t respond. The whole design is to protect their bottom line and customers are not even a concern. I had a warranty claim customer service over the phone could not help me with. I went into the store myself, I was passed by the store manager to another associate (Amy) that sounded like she was citing their “standard operating procedure”. You will not be treated fairly here at all. Save your money for a retailer that actually values customers."
