"Awful quality and issues with calling to speak to a manager and never returning your call. I had 3 tables, 1st table started pealing a month after recieving it and was told it was normal. They replaced it with a different style people came to set new one up and instead of unscrewing the shipping block they went right through my table top and didn't say a word until I saw it later. Then they replaced it and turns out the chairs loose cushion after 2 months and screws come loose, they replaced several parts on these chairs and clearly a design flaw but they are willing to do NOTHING for me."

Customer Representative in a personal and professional manner addressing our interests in various pieces of furniture for our family room. James demonstrated a friendly and enthusiastic attitude and attention to our needs. He demonstrated a vast knowledge of furniture selection, style, livability, and matchabilty, of various pieces of furniture. In addition, he demonstrated a creative design of fabric colors and textures that flowed from piece to piece. James was not high pressuring or over bearing. His personal and enthusiastic approach with us met and exceeded our expectations. Well done James B!"

"We purchased new bed and were told it would be 4 weeks for delivery. They contacted us 3 weeks later to schedule an appointment. I take the day off of work, tear down our old bed, and prepared for new bed. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. Checked the status of delivery and it said cancelled. I called and they said they sent notification hours later after I confirmed but I got nothing!! I was just told I have to wait another 4 weeks. 2 months for delivery!!!"
