"Sales rep said “If you can’t afford it we have cheaper options” when I said absolutely nothing regarding the price. As someone in sales for multiple years, that’s a direct insult and if I didn’t need the purchase same day I would’ve gone elsewhere."

"George at the west Madison store was super friendly. I talked my 92 yo Mother into a $4,000 bed. Delivered today. Not good. The BRAND NEW REMOTE would not pair with the bed. Delivery men found an old beater in their truck that did work. Now have to wait for a new one. Lighted remote goes dark very quickly. Mom’s not happy at all - wants her old bed back already and it hasn’t been one night :( Hoping new remote will be better IF they continue to support it. Mom does not use a smartphone. I’ve left 2 messages in last two hours for “Friendly George” and no call back yet! Juriy’s out, but it’s not looking very good so far. Another 24 hors and no call back from “super friendly George” after 3 messages! Another 24 hrs and no call back from “super friendly George.” JURY IS IN - POOR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. NO BETTER THAN A USED CAR SALESMAN"

"They dont follow their 100 night gaurantee. I was told at any time before 100 nights i could return if there was an issue. The bed i got was sagging in the center causing me a lot of pain. I attempted to sleep on it 2 nights, both times i ended up sleeping on the floor with my old mattress. After night 2 i called them to pick up their bed. They wont take them before 30 days. So im stuck with a $3,300 plus air mattress that i cant sleep on. We sent them more messages to pick up the bed and they wont. And now they added extra charges and are trying to get payments even though they wont pick up the bed. Cant go in to much more detail as i will be filing with the court by tomorrow."
