"My husband and I have been looking at LoveSac for while. I have gone online a few times to configure our sactional and was completely overwhelmed. We stopped in the Hilldale Store this past weekend and met Yvonne and Mary. They were a great team, Yvonne was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions. After measuring the space when we got home we had to make some changes. Yvonne walked my husband through the changes and provided us with an updated quote. We placed the order today and are super excited to get our LoveSac! We are not super excited about assembling it and moving it into our space (LoveSac Corporate) but Yvonne assured us it's super easy and demoed the process to us while we were onsite. She also sent me the shoemap, which will help a ton! Thank you for all your help Yvonne and Mary."
"Ok first off, if I would have known that this couch was to be assembled by myself, and with 30 boxes showing up Fed Ex. It took 2 people 2 days to put together. ( my boyfriend is very handy too). It seems comfortable, and of decent quality but with no option to choose to have someone assemble this I found it exhausting and time consuming . I probably will not buy another Lovesac for that reason."
"We already have a sactional, multiple lovesacs and all the accessories but no storage pieces. We had a lot of questions and thankfully received answers and guidance on what to do.
