"Spoke to Customer Service in Milwaukee to change delivery date. ZERO customer service. They work hard to sell you something and once purchase is done, assistance is rock bottom poor and close to non-existent. Our puchase was over $8,000.00. They will charge another delivery fee to change date! I even started with my Madison salesperson, said he couldn't help me, I had to call Customer Service. Extra time and certainly not Customer service. Take your business elsewhere!"

"Sales person Brenda was fabulous. Can’t say enough good things about her. Delivery, not so good. Took time off work to be there for the delivery, but nothing got delivered because parts were missing or items were damaged. Delivery ppl. Left damaged items in the middle of my elderly mother’s room. A tripping hazard. I had to ask for my $50 delivery fee to be waived (you’d think that would have been offered and then some). I asked for a call from a manager. He never called back. The items did come the next day in good condition and set up to my liking, but outside of the windows I was given. This public review could have been avoided had Frank simply called me back."

"Just received my bed that I purchased at this Steinhafels and the team at this location went above and beyond my expectations. The sales member that helped me, Ken M., was extremely helpful and made me feel like I was priority number 1 while I was shopping. Ken ensured that I was able to find the perfect bed for me and I could not be happier. 10/10 will recommend this location to friends and family."

"I've always liked shopping at Steinhafels and since buying my home (9 year ago) I have purchased almost all of my larger/more substantial pieces at the store. The experience is always top notch. It wasn't until the last few months where I've needed to reach out to customer service (a pull broke on my new-ish dresser and I'd like to get it replaced) that I have had a not so pleasant experience. Now please note, I have the matching dresser, bed frame and two nightstands and the total cost was nearly $3,000. I don't want to have to replace all the pulls just because one is broken. The initial email: No response. The second email: Sorry we don't carry that line anymore. The third email: (after telling them that it's still available for purchase on their website): Sorry it's been two year since the purchase date we can't help you. The fourth email (after asking them to please provide CONTACT information for the company and I will reach out to them directly): They send me the name of the company. I've obviously already tried to find the company directly with no success so the name, that is clearly stated on the website when you purchase it, was not what I was asking for. I needed a phone number, email, even a mailing address. I feel like it's just excuse after excuse and they have no desire to help you. With that information I will be very hesitant to shop at Steinhafels ever again!"

"Purchased a Beautyrest Black LX Mattress and was just delivered today. At the Store a Salesman name Jordan helped us and was very nice and very knowledgeable too. Made our purchase easy and fun. Delivery went well with guys right on time took away our old Mattress and Box Spring too. (We paid $25.00 for them to take it away). THIS IS UPDATE, MY WIFE WENT TO TURN MATTRESS TO PUT CLEAN SHEETS ON AND NOTICED THIS BULGE FROM BOXSPRING… IT WAS BROKE . DIDNT NOTICE ON DELIVERY THEY SLAPPED THE MATTRESS ON AND HAD TO SEE IT AND SAID NOTHING. WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE…."
