"Stay away from this company! I am regretting my purchase of a L shaped desk. I am usually very good at putting these things together but this one was a challenge. The instructions and photos are the worst I have ever seen. None of the panels had stickers marked on them so you have to guess your way through assembly. Hardware is low quality and the desk it self is not worth the money! I did call customer service about missing parts and have received just a small package of screws and not what was missing."
"What an amazing experience I've had with this company. I expected that when I received my furniture that I was going to have to return if not all of it, most of it due to construction and/or delivery damage. This was not the case. I ordered 2 bookshelves and 2 (2 drawer) filing cabinets I received everything in wonderful condition. I only had minor damage to 2 shelves and when I called to have them replaced, their customer service it absolutely top notch. They sent me new shelves in a timely manner, no questions asked. I've had furniture delivered from high end companies that was not nearly as good of condition as the the furniture I just received from Office Furniture 2go. This company is exceptional and should be an industry example for others to follow. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience."
"Got a call our furniture was about to be delivered, but was then told that they would not take the furniture inside our office doors. Called to get this cleared up, and they stated it would be a $95 fee for them to offload the furniture FROM THE TRUCK. None of this was stated when ordering the furniture, or at checkout. BEWARE of these hidden fees. You buy furniture, and they will hold it hostage on their truck until you pay another $95 dollars. Will NOT be purchasing from them again. About to start the process of ordering furniture from somewhere else."
"I recently purchased a credenza, hutch, and corner desk from Office Furniture 2go.com. My customer service experience was phenomenal from my first call to ask questions throughout the rest of the process. Placing an order was easy and I felt very informed when doing so. The pricing was very competitive too. However, I was later informed my items would not be available as quickly as hoped. My customer service rep offered to help me find replacement items which were available right away and changed the order for me. When my furniture arrived, one of the pedestals was damaged in shipping. One quick call and with little fuss, a replacement was on it's way. Two weeks later when I had all undamaged parts, I assembled everything only to find the doors for the hutch were the wrong size. Again, one short call resulted in new doors coming. Now that my furniture is complete, it is clear the quality is outstanding, particularly for the price which was similar to local offerings of poorer quality. No company avoids all problems. Having problems isn't what matters, it's how they deal with them when they arise. If I could give OF2Go more stars I would! Don't hesitate to purchase furniture from them."
"We ordered office furniture from officefuriture2go.com and have had a very poor customer service experience. After being informed that the purchased item would be received on a Wednesday, the package never was received. I then called two days later, and was told that the package was rerouted and would be received on Monday. No delivery on Monday. I then called back and was told by the two different reps, one being the service manager, Sarah Frandle, that they did not know where the item was. Sarah initially did not take ownership of the situation and simply blamed the the shipping company and manufacturer. After voicing my displeasure and making it known how poor the service has been, Sarah then followed up with an email stating that the item was lost and that a new item would be shipped out. She then stated that we would receive a $150 credit, which I did appreciate. However, I then asked if the item would be expedited (due to the circumstances, I thought that would be the right thing to do.) Sarah's reply, "it will be standard shipping." Do yourself a favor and order your furniture elsewhere."
