"I was asked by this company to do an employment verification for one of the employees of the company I work for, 10 Roads Express. Long story short, they were not able to provide the documentation we require to complete the verification and the woman I spoke to was repeatedly rude and nasty to me, stating that she was going to file a complaint to the Labor Board for asking her to follow our requirements, then was nasty to another employee with us, and then they skirted our process by pressuring an employee unfamiliar with our verification requirements to get the information improperly. It was easily one of the most rude and unprofessional calls I have ever experienced. I would suggest to people looking at purchasing on credit at this location to go elsewhere, save your employer from being berated!"

"This store has shown me great customer service but due to their lack of delivery I had to rate them a 3 I been waiting on my refrigerator to be delivered now for 2 days seeming I work doing Lyft waiting for them for over 12 hours in 2 days has really hurt my pockets and I went out to purchase food and already had to dispose of some items because they had to be refrigerated so tomorrow is Sunday their closed and I have to dispose of some more of my food "GET IT NOW" nawh "GET IT WHEN WE WANNA BRING IT."

"This was an absolutely horrible experience. I purchased a living room set that was full of bugs. These bugs borrowed under my skin and eating off me. The store refused to come get the furniture i threw it out my. These bugs took over my house and this experience cost me more than it was worth not to exclude doctor bills there corporate office refuse to return any of my calls. Now im looking for an attorney."

"Very unprofessional. I went to get it now to build up my credit history. I will never do business again with this place. I was scheduled for a delivery, took off work and nothing or no one ever showed up. The next day I called they couldn’t find out what the problem was. Then the manager finally call me back and stated that my file had been lost. That’s right my file with all my personal information in it. The manager reassured me it would be found and that I will get my things the next delivery day. Well the next day came and I did receive my things.......several hours after my scheduled delivery time. After I received the items everything was fine, the manager even called and asked if I wanted additional items several months later because I was in good payment status with them. I said ok ordered some more things. I get my items due to covid my husband and I had to put everything in our home. Months after having my items the manager Toya call me and start to ask questions regarding my payments and the due dates. I explained to her that my payments are made monthly what’s the problem. She begin to state that my payments have been late and this has to be effecting my credit score. I told her I am in good standings with get it now reporting on time payments every month. I then told her if she thought I was making my payments so late why offer me more things. This lady has continued to be rude. My payment could be due on the 1st and by the 2nd she’s calling me. They open at ten she has even called me at 8:30 In the morning before they even open. I will be paying this stuff off soon and will never ever do business with this place again."
