"BUYERS BEWARE! I Purchased a adjustable base and mattress. $3600 total. The base was delivered and that night my massager wasn't working. I called and spoke to David Bednarz the very next day. He told me it was not his problem to call the manufacturer. I was unaware these bases are from a different company. When I stated I would write a complaint he then told me he would have Jeremy his boss call me. Jeremy set a appointment for someone to come out Saturday. Nobody showed. I then emailed and asked what happened and no response. No call back nothing. Now further looking at the base it isn't even the base I paid for. This place is a fraud and I will be filing a better business bearu report first thing tomorrow. Please be careful they will take your money and run."

"I have to say that this is one of the most comfortable mattress I have ever had. That being said there is a few major design flaws, we purchased two twin XL V11mattresses with adjustable bases to make one king size bed. The biggest problem is every time you raise the head of the bed the pillow top for the mattress slides off the foot of the bed 4", so when you lower it you have to try to slide the top back into place which is not easy to do with sheets on it and if you take the sheets off to slide it up you have to raise the head of the bed to reach to put them back on. The other problem is that there is no frame work to hold the two mattress together so as you sleep if you role into the middle of the bed the tops slide apart and you are stuck in the middle of the mattresses. I thought about sewing velcro to the two pieces of mattress but you have to flip and turn the top so that would not work. If you are thinking of purchasing this type of mattress make sure you are physically able to work with it. I am in my early 60s and it is difficult for me to make the bed each morning."

"Horrible customer service and product. I was in the market for a new bed so I thought I would give this store a try but my experience has been a nightmare ever since I bought a mattress from them. When I arrived there, I stood and waited 20 minutes before anyone approached me. This should of been the first red flag, but decided to give it a chance. The sales rep falsely told me that if I buy a mattress, they will take it back and adjust it for me for free for the 1st 10 years at no cost. Later, I found out that it wasn't true as they charge over $100 for an adjustment. Also, their is not a trial period so you cannot return the bed for a refund. Furthermore, you cannot schedule a time to get it delivered, you have to be home for the whole day. If all this wasn't bad enough, they also messed up the stitching on my mattress as there is too much fabric on the top part. Their beds also require deep pocket sheets but any deep pocket sheets I buy NEVER fit the mattress. So every night the sheets come off the corners multiple times and I have to sometimes get up to fix them. They truly sold me a mattress that no sheets fit on. $800 down the drain. You're better off avoiding Verlo."
