"This store has continously underserved its local customers by understaffing the hearing aid department. Only one booth and one overworked audiologist has been this way for years. This has driven me to use other stores for my needs as they are properly staffed. Poor guy who works here is always helpful but is constantly forced to apologize for not being able to clean my hearing aids whereas with other stores I can walk in, drop off my aids and shop while they are being cleaned. Appointments are also backed up. It's been this way for at least 10 years and Costco needs to fix this for it's customers."
"More wonderful than this place I have ever seen. Wholesale prices and a variety of products. Everything that comes to your mind can be found here. Its only drawback is that you have to pay $60 to have a membership and be able to buy from it. I recommend visiting it and obtaining a membership card for those who will stay more than 4 months"
