I did stop in when they weren’t there and also talked to other employees by phone. I am beyond impressed with Mattress Firm’s hiring and training process. The “no pressure” sales approach and extremely knowledgeable employees made the entire process enjoyable. With John and Dan, I never felt like I was asking too many questions.
