"The staff is great but the phone operator is horrible. If you want to make an appointment via phone, you are placed on hold for 30 minutes only to be transferred to a voicemail. You then can wait for days and nobody will call you back. Talking to your doctor is also impossible via phone since you will be placed in the queue with no responses. I had to physically drive to the office to make an appointment which is not acceptable. The staff is great but I would suggest perhaps finding a new physicians office that is also available via phone. The pharmacy however is great and follows up with refills and prescriptions."
