Reviews of Target
"This Target store location absolutely SUCKS. From design to the management, you should steer WAY CLEAR of this location. Starting with design, it’s a nightmare to park, to actually get into the store itself, which requires several levels of escalators, and inside, the store is poorly organized and understaffed. The management has also done a great job of ensuring the experience is as unpleasant and inhospitable as possible, with even the most basic items locked away. Hence, considering the fact it’s understaffed, it takes forever to get anything unlocked by someone. A simple errand for a few items will literally take you over an hour. The latest thing that they’ve done is close the self-checkout lanes. Combine that with chronic lack of manned checkout lanes, and the lines are always waits of 10-20 minutes, and oftentimes even longer. Not. Worth. It. At. All. Even though it’s the closest Target location to me, I refuse to go back. Ever. Shame on the terrible management at this Target for making a longtime loyal Target customer the most annoyed and disillusioned he has EVER been with this company."
"I’m definitely disappointed in target as a company you guys have so much Valentine’s Day stuff that’s only celebrated for one day a year but I went into target. Looking for a Black History Month stuff that’s celebrated for an entire month and the staff told me they’re not gonna put up Black History Month stuff until January 21, which is insane because Valentine’s Day decorum has been up since December of last year. It just shows what’s really important to accompany. But they’re going to have Fourth of July decorum up probably in April or May."
"Wish the people who shop at this Target were more conscientious about taking up EV charger spaces. Especially giant gas guzzler trucks. There are lots of little cars that need to charge in order to get home. It is very unfortunate that so many inconsiderate people will block another car from charging."
"Huge store with very reasonable prices but customer service could be better"
"Like too many retailers in the area, this Target has become more of a kennel / pet recreation playground than a store. Management freely permits pet owners to stroll in (or ride in their shopping carts — uugggghhh!!!) with their dogs of all sizes and freely roam the aisles, despite a California Dept of Health stipulation that forbids animals — except Service Animals — from being allowed in food stores, which a large section of this Target is. Clearly, 90+ percent of the animals here are pets — NOT Service Animals (a manager here told me they are not allowed to ask those bringing pets in if they are Service Animals or not — hard to believe…). This store is typically crowded, so when Target allows a menagerie of animals and their collection of criss-crossing leashes to add to the mayhem, it’s just too much and too dangerous for actual shoppers. I abandoned this zoo for Gelsons market nearby on Franklin Ave. a few months back, where they respect and enforce Dept. of Health regulations - no gratuitous animals allowed. Grocery shopping is peaceful, safe and sanitary now."
