CIF Property Management

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The WORST experience I have ever had with a property manager. Linda was incredibly unprofessional, aggressive and rude. She not only rushed our application process but lightly threatened us with a “I have other people interested” throughout the process. When it came to our final showing days before we were going to place a holding deposit (which was double the legal amount) she rescheduled, then no-showed and blamed us for her inability to manage her time. To top it all off, on the day of the final showing she refused to get the rental cleaned (grease on the walls, dust caked, floors covered with debris) and when we started to ask her some follow up questions she interrupted to tell us she didn’t think we’d be a good fit anymore. This is five minutes into the FINAL showing. After that she abruptly said she had somewhere to be and we all needed to leave immediately. She didn’t finish the showing and we were rushed out. Beware this company and Linda, do NOT work with them."

"Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was hired by a senior veteran to research property rentals. I emailed Linda asking here to contact my friend about a specific rental. She wrote me back and told me to have Bob crawl her website. Bob is not internet friendly and doesn't have good eye-site which is why he hired me to to this research. I emailed her back and asked her why she didn't contact my friend and told her to please call him asap and she emailed me back: "NO, YOU CALL BOB". Don't give these people your business. Especially not Linda!"

Then they will take months to deal with your problems and they are rude and arrogant and the most obnoxious bunch of Tw@^s I have come across on my entire life. "Well if you want to deal with a person that kicks out disabled people without reason even though the rents been paid on Time or at certain times paid in advance Linda chattens your lady. The new prop management and latest heavy hitter for John and Susan koeker the owners of the Adobe hacienda in aptos. One by one the new guard (CIF PROP MANAGMENT) HAS BEEN KICKING OUT LONG TERM month to month renters for no reason. I was number 3. Some friends of mine are next up on the chopping block!!!!! (OUCH)... SO RENTERS BEWARE YOU COULD BE NEXT). Each tenant whos tenancy was terminated for no reasonn other than greed offered to pay more rent to no avail. Becuz that would be illegal as so, "OFF WITH YOUR HEAD" The direct result of my rental termination was that my wife and I are NOW HOMELESS living in a bread truck. While our 11 year old son is living with my x wife. and for what?? See what payn your rent gets ya???? Cif just so you know I am putting together a joint lawsuit against your company (CIF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT)and the OWNERS (REV.JOHN KOEKER AND WIFE SUSAN KOEKER) as well so you better grab your wallets and a mouth piece BCUZ ALLTHOUGH YOU MAY BE A TOUGH OPPONENT ....CIF AND THE KOEKERS I GUARANTEE ONE THING....... OUR LEFT HOOKS FROM OUR ATTORNEYS WILL NO DOUBT BE A INCONVENIENCE AND ARE GONNA HURT IF NOTHING ELSE, YOUR WALLETS..."
