"The villas of capitola is really a wonderful place to live! Right by the ocean in Capitola what else could you want! We have two pools, a hot tub, two laundry rooms, and a central boiling system thay provides unlimited hot water. I have l9ved here for 4 years and everybody has been super friendly ( mostly ) To anyone who is thinking about moving here I would definitely recommend this beautiful place, but beware that the crime from the lurkers walking down the street at night and breaking into cars has been a concern. Never had an issue outside of people breaking into cars."
