"Our room had a roof leak prior to our arrival. The carpet was very wet and the manager had a whatever attitude and our timing didn't allow us to find another place to stay. We used their blankets to cove the wet spots - not a great way to spend the weekend. Place is a great location but is seems the upkeep is lacking!"

"I can’t give enough stars for this amazing gem of an Inn. Our room had an ocean view and was so romantic and quiet we felt like we were the only ones there. They even served us a continental breakfast to our room in the morning! And you can’t beat the location for being able to walk to the Capitola village within minutes. We will definitely be back for sure! Pictures are the view from our deck!"

"A wonderful B&B set in an old historic property. A quiet location with views of the ocean and the coast. Like an old favorite pair of jeans, this place is not perfect, but it's what you choose when you wish to smile and be comfortable. It's not the sterile, homogenized lodging found so easily elsewhere. Our host, Summer, made us feel like we were family paying an overdue visit. Easy walk to the village. Fit our style perfectly!"
